Shipping Policy

1. Processing time

Confirmed and paid orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery estimates

• Standard (3–6 business days): $7.95, free on US orders over $75.
• Expedited (2–3 business days): quoted at checkout confirmation.
• Overnight: available on request for in-stock items ordered before noon ET.

Delivery windows are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and carrier delays can add time.

3. Shipping destinations

We ship to all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. International shipping is available by request — contact Support@ivetteenterprises.com for a quote including duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

4. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If tracking has not updated within three business days of dispatch, contact us and we will open a carrier trace.

5. Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming. We can update an address before dispatch at no charge. Once a parcel has shipped, a reroute may incur a carrier fee, and parcels returned as undeliverable are refunded less the original shipping cost.

6. Lost, stolen or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will file a carrier claim and, where the claim is upheld or the fault is ours, replace or refund the order. Report items that arrive damaged within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

7. Split shipments

If part of your order is temporarily out of stock, we ship the available items first and send the remainder at no extra shipping cost as soon as it arrives.
