1. Our standard

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, cognitive, motor and other disabilities.

2. What we have done

• Semantic HTML structure with a single clear heading hierarchy on each page.
• Descriptive alternative text on product and editorial imagery.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, filters, product options and forms.
• Color combinations chosen and checked for readable contrast.
• Text that reflows and remains readable when zoomed or viewed on small screens.
• Form fields with visible, programmatically associated labels.

3. Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review new pages and product additions as they are published and correct issues as we find them.
