How do I choose the right size?

Our pieces run true to standard US sizing. If you are between sizes, size up in outerwear and joggers and stay true to size in leggings, bras and compression layers. Email or call us with your measurements and we will recommend a size before you order.

Orders leave our King of Prussia, PA facility within 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery is typically 3–6 business days; expedited options are available on request. Free standard shipping applies to US orders over $75.

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and want an order fulfilled, contact us and we will quote carrier options and duties before charging anything.

How do I place an order?

Add items to your bag, then send your order request from the bag page by email or phone. We confirm availability and sizing, then send a secure payment link. No payment details are ever collected on this website.

What is your return policy?

Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Grip socks and other intimate items are final sale for hygiene reasons.

How should I wash my activewear?

Wash cold with like colors, skip the fabric softener (it clogs moisture-wicking fibers), and tumble dry low or hang dry. Compression and seamless pieces last longest laid flat to dry.

Are your fabrics sustainable?

Most of our knits use recycled nylon or recycled polyester yarns, and our joggers use organic cotton. We ship in recyclable mailers with minimal plastic.

Do you offer wholesale or team orders?
